We are ready.

But, before you trust us with your story, we would like to share a little of ours. There are some things we think would be helpful for you to know about us. When you first meet us, you will (most likely) think that we look alike, talk alike, and even have the same body mannerisms. We will, in fact, attribute our shared likeness to our mother-daughter genes. We also will substantiate that we are kindred spirits in many ways. We are always up for a new hike, road trip, deep talk, extra hot latte (oat milk and lavender syrup, please), or a farmer’s market run for wild flowers and fresh herbs. We definitely have our differences, too, which make us such a such a dynamic duo. Tyme’s years of traditional training and experience perfectly balance Haven’s modern, no-nonsense approach that keeps us current.

The arts have played a central role in both of our lives. We are creative souls, who have immersed ourselves in many forms of art, with photography being our favorite medium. With degrees in Literary and Theatre Arts, Tyme has been a lifelong learner and teacher of the arts. She has spent over fifteen years fine-tuning her craft as a photographer. In middle school, Haven displayed an innate eye for photography, and with immense joy, Tyme started sharing her artistry with Haven. Haven began photographing weddings with Tyme in high school and never stopped :) She continued pursuing photography through college and post college, creating her own side photography brand focused on product branding. Haven double majored with degrees in Media Arts and Music. Together, we have merged our artistic vision and skill, with our deep passion to capture real life love stories.

We seek to shoot genuine couples who are deeply in love-- fellow dreamers, adventurers, lovers of light and laughter. We seek to capture childlike spirits who feel alive under the all awe-inspiring majesty of nature, who have been touched by the transforming power of love--courageous lovers, resilient souls. You, who dare to still believe, despite the brokenness perhaps in your own life and our broken world --that dreams still can come true. You, who fight daily to hold onto faith, hope, love and each other. You, who are pursuing a true love and happily ever after that you are willing to vow to and fight for with fierce loyalty and lifelong commitment. We are for you.

It is important to know that Haven and I shoot and deliver high resolution images with top notch, professional editing platforms and Canon camera gear. We carefully hand select our camera settings for each occasion and the lighting involved. We mindfully curate our client wedding galleries, sequencing each photograph into a storytelling, cinematic flow. We professionally edit each image with a timeless, film-like style that seals our romantic, personal touch.

As a team, we also offer the advantage of providing you with two experienced wedding photographers. Having another skilled wedding photographer is of tremendous benefit, especially on your wedding day, where precious moments happen quickly and some unexpectedly. Having two trained photographers who have a history of teaming up in this fast paced industry allows extra coverage for all of your most important moments. It also provides us the leeway as visual storytellers to capture your love through multiple lenses, perspectives and angles. Additionally, having two photographers at your disposable on your wedding day provides you with valuable flexibility with your wedding timeline and even split coverage for any over-lapping events.

As a mother/daughter team, we understand the multilayered complexities of emotion and decisions that come with making the vision of your wedding day come true. We realize how much effort, time and planning it takes to breathe a wedding dream to life, even just a small, intimate elopement, especially from afar. We can relate to the deep anticipation, excitement and significance that is involved and continues to build as you get closer and closer to the actual moments and day you’ve been dreaming of, perhaps since childhood. We are also aware of the importance and complexities of family traditions, obligations, expectations and ties. We understand and empathize with painful family dynamics and divisions and will handle them with utmost care and professionalism. We firmly believe that this is your day, your moment, your wedding. We desire to partner with you to bring your fairytale vision to life.

Haven and I also recognize the desire to be seen, to be beautiful, to feel and appear stunning in person and in photographs and to be photographed in a flattering way. We know what a double gift it can be to have a collection of images where not just your vision looks gorgeous, but you do too. Commonly, many people tend to “hate” photos of themselves and feel awkward and nervous in front of a camera. We get it, we feel this way too.  We have learned a few tricks over the years and have a knack for turning that awkward feeling into laughter, relaxation, intimacy and fun. We will help you to feel comfortable, confident and radiant in front of the camera lens and hopefully to even forget that it is there. We offer gentle prompts and directives to bring out your one of a kind beauty and the best in your love story.

Our photography style is candid, photojournalistic and also collaborative. We want to capture your love story and moments as they unravel, as unobtrusively as possible. We also want to lead you into creating moments that catch the rare and glorious dynamic, spirit and essence of who the two of you are- what is unique to you, your relationship, and your love story.  When working with Haven and I, prepare to genuinely interact together. You will not be just looking at the camera and smiling on cue, but be prompted to participate in and co-create real moments with each other. This is your real life fairytale.
